Overview

This Chrome extension exports chat history from AI platforms (Grok, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to Markdown format. It runs 100% locally on your device.

Data Collection

We collect no data. This extension:

• Runs entirely within your browser
• Processes chat data only on your local machine
• Sends no data to any external servers
• Does not use analytics or tracking
• Does not store your conversations anywhere

How It Works

When you click "Export", the extension:

1. Reads chat messages directly from the AI platform's webpage (which you are already logged into)
2. Formats the data into Markdown locally in your browser
3. Downloads the file directly to your computer

Your conversations never leave your device.

Permissions

This extension requests only:

• activeTab - To read chat content from the currently active tab
• scripting - To extract chat messages from the webpage
• downloads - To save the exported Markdown file to your computer

Third-Party Services

This extension does not use any third-party services, APIs, or external servers.
